1. Service

Ebbinghaus helps you practice with spaced-repetition cards via Telegram, VK, and this website.

The service is provided as available. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Telegram and/or VK. You are responsible for activity under your linked accounts.

Do not try to access someone else’s account or disrupt the service.

3. Your content

You keep rights to the cards and media you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and show them as needed to run the service.

Public collections are visible to anyone with the link. Do not publish content you are not allowed to share.

Forbidden content includes illegal material, malware, and anything that infringes others’ rights.

4. Acceptable use

Use the bots and site only for personal learning and lawful sharing of study materials.

We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for learning outcomes, messenger outages, or loss of data beyond what we can reasonably restore.

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy. By signing in or using the bot you also accept that policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
